Disgusting Home Disconnect wifi

Paid R960 for my service on the 30 August 2026, this whole week been receiving threatening to disconnect my service for non payment. I have to go through this every other month. One month they understand and the following month it's same story of them denying receiving any payments despite the fact that POP is sent directly to them by the bank. Am desperately looking for recommendation from anyone with better performing ISP.
