Disconnected

On Saturday, two vumatel guys came to my house and disconnected our Fibre connection, they did not give a reason as to why. I tried calling home-connect as they are my service provider the number does not go through and they are not replying on WhatsApp either. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP
