Disappointed with homeconnect services

What a disappointment, after being loyal not even single dispute for few years using homeconnect service provider. After my review in January they contact me and said they will send statement with my usage, which I was really looking forward to but till date nothing whatsoever came through. Instead on Saturday 10th June 2023, I received email stating they will register my name with credit bureau. I then respond to the email and today I received a call they told me that I must settle the amount as it was charged with Vumatel as cancelation fee. However I query that as the day I sign up with homeconnect was told I can only be charged cancelation fee if I did cancel during my first 12 months. On my account it was a 4 good years. I requested for the initial agreement with the details but to my surprise they only sent invoice of the amount to pay. I'm sooo disappointed with their service, very bad and poor. I wouldn't advice anyone I know to use their services.
