Disappointed with Home Connect

From the time I signed up with Home Connect, I have had very disappointing experiences. They increase your monthly payments without notification. When I signed up I was on a 25/25 package. Them Zoom discontinued with that package and I was upgraded to 50/50 package. After about three months my monthly payment has now gone to R608.00 and I am still on the 25/25 package. I have sent numerous emails with no response. I will not recommend Home Connect to anyone.
