Disappointed service

So I have been unable to connect to my work Wi-Fi, and I contacted Home connect speaking to different people, their WhatsApp line is useless because as their agent takes forever to reply. I’ve been waiting for their assistance but no one seem interested to call me despite calling them twice and they have promised someone will call me back till now
