Disappointed

My WiFi has been losing connection called them 2 weeks back to check what was happening got handled by a rude agent who dropped my call. I have been trying non stop to call them to no avail to pay for WIFI as my date was on the first also tried calling to pay I got disconnected tried the callback option I never received any call up until they disconnected my wifi, I have been trying to call nothing. Right now chatting to Sandise one of the chat support people still getting no help
