Disappointed

I'm not happy with their service, they are zoom fibre ISP if you call with technical issues they keep on telling you about an open ticket and that they are waiting for zoom fibre for feedback. I missed my online classes because of this network issues in November we spend 20 days without network and now it's 9 days without network this is unfair and not professional at all.... Zoom fibre your service is poor at Stretford and Orange farm
