Dino assisted me today with what turned out to be a router issue

Dino assisted me today with what turned out to be a router issue. I truly couldn't have asked for better service. He took his time assisting me and stayed on the phone with me.... even calling me back when we got disconnected. (We were on the phone for almost an hour) When one thing didn't work, he tried another solution until the problem was resolved. He was patient, respectful, and kind.
