Delays in Restoring unannounced interrupted services

I am deeply dissapointed in lack of urgency in restoring interruptions of service delivery.A week ago my service was interrupted and was left without internet for a period of 3 days before it was restored and niw a few days later less than a week my service is interrupted once again and now we on day 2 without internet.This is extremely unfair towards us as customers who are paying for a service.
