Deceptive Information from Home-Connect

Currently pay 698 for a 20/2 fibre line but only getting speeds of 8Mbps. When I call them they told me to use a different site to do a speedtest. That site gave me speeds of 22Mbps. Home-Connects reason for this is that they do not cater for international sites. Nowhere is the fine print did they mention that the speeds were restricted to local sites. The main reason why most people get higher speeds is for streaming. I cannot stream a movie without it buffering within 5minutes. Their advertising is very deceptive with regard to download and upload speeds. There are numerous complaints against Home-Connect dating back to 2017 from other users.

Surely they are aware of the issue and they they should be addressing it.
