Dead beat company

Home connect has the poorest customer service I was told after i signed up that my first payment will be due end of July.On 6 June i was disconnected and on 7 june i did an eft via their portal.i was not connected..told to go to bank and get pfd file proof of payment whicj i sent.I am now getting threats of termination

There is no help or customer service...dead beat conpany!!!!
