Customer service was especially good

Customer service was especially good. Operations though were slow to reply and sometimes not at all. I was ready cancel my order but because of the speedy response and personal attention I got from customer service I decided to stick with them. Also the line they offer is not up to speeds of…it’s always exactly the speed to paid for which is exceptional in my books.
