Customer service sucks

So i finally got installed but now there is a problem with the main box in my street router flashes red its been a whole 3 days since installation still cany use the wifi as its still down asking theire chat to call me is useless no one will call jayde called me he was a big help but again now we are stuck with nothing and no feedback wont recommend home-connect to anyone as you struggle more and more with every single step.
