Recently, a consultant named Mbali assisted me. She was the only one who provided the quality of customer service that is required. She was understanding, trained, and able to actually help. She also responded to my emails and provided the comfort which not even senior management was able to provide during past experiences with Home-Connect.
Home-Connect gets a one star rating, but Mbali gets a five star rating. MBALI 820801.
