Cool ISP, responsive support, Good Service

Home-connect is an interesting small ISP with excellent customer support throughout the process of joining and throughout the service experience. In my particular case Home-connect was not suitable for me as my home network is a bit involved.

My recommendation if you are going with them on Openserve is to get a static IP as well as the optional MicroTik router instead of the other one as this will allow public to local routing if you need to access thing like security cameras etc.

I ended up cancelling my service and Sheruna Gafoor helped throughout the process and kept me updated frequently. Even though the termination was difficult one (thanks to openserve) she kept following up with them until my line was transferred.
