Consistently poor performance unaddressed

I'm so tired of struggling with connectivity. I'm so tired of waiting for HC support to get back to me. It's so frustrating to be called during meetings, as opposed to just emailed a response to my tickets. It's frustrating to receive poor support, when I am not getting what I'm paying for. It's frustrating to have to wait weeks for a response.

I don't understand how home-connect has positive reviews. I've become complacent to their poor service, but tonight I couldn't even load up their page, or hellopeter.
