Connection issues

Absolutely unacceptable service from Home Connect. I’ve been struggling with ongoing WiFi issues for far too long , I get constant disconnections, slow speeds, and no reliability whatsoever. What makes it worse is that your agents are completely unhelpful, unprofessional, and clearly not interested in resolving anything. I’ve had to repeat myself multiple times, been passed around with no accountability, and received zero proper assistance. It feels like no one knows what they’re doing. I am paying for a service that I am NOT receiving, and instead I’m dealing with frustration and incompetence.
