Connecting HOMES, and connect HEARTS!!

What a great company, with high morals and great work ethic. So my service provider scheduled a ONT connection over a weekend. This meant I would not be able to have internet access as Home-Connect could only send my configured router after this connection was confirmed. The people I dealt with between the 15th & 16th of December bent themselves backwards to ensure I get the necessary assistance.

Firstly Lynthis ensured their developers (from India) activated my account manually on a Saturday, mind you this is not normal practice. Then Veronica contacted the Operations Department (on a public holiday) to request a router for me, configured it, and made sure I was connected. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company. Talk about really GREAT customer experience. I am definitely NOT LEAVING THIS SERVICE PROVIDER for as a long as they exist.
