Connected until it starts to rain

If you live anywhere that experiences rain, then I'd suggest a different ISP. Whenever there is anything more than drizzle outside then my internet connection drops. Support only respond hours later when the rain has stopped and the connection is back up. Nobody is ever able to provide a reason for the outage or what is being done to prevent it from happening in the future.
