Compliment for Andy Mdluli Home connect

I would like to commend and thank Andy Mdluli for the professionalism, efficient service he provided. I have been struggling for 3 days without connectivity and whenever I call in .. the response would be that an agent from accounts will call you . I eventually got contacted by Tebatso on the 12th March 2022 at 12:25 and told me that I will be reconnected after 25 mins and nothing until the next day where I called I’m again and got hold of Andy who took me through a step by step process on how to reboot my router . We need people like Andy in this world because everything we do in a household is dependent on internet connectivity. Andy is patient , polite and knows exactly what he is talking about . I was about to terminate my services with Home connect but he convinced me otherwise and provided guidance. thank you so much and I hope your bosses recognise your hard work
