Complaint.

I am so sick of Home connect and it consultants, I call everyday for the same issue. Everyone is just asking for pictures of the speed test but no one is doing anything about it. I have requested for them to send a technician or someone to check the line they keep on telling on re provisioning the line and no one is doing anything. What a terrible service provider.
