Complaint

The account department at Home Connect dont know what they are doing as they are giving outsdanding bogus figures that i am owing when in fact i have paid my account and up to date. I am starting to believe that I am paying someone else accounts here and its bad service provided when they dont check their account records properly.Please be aware
