Choose another ISP

@Home-Connect deserves a zero star, every month I request my wifi Tax invoice and somehow I am assured I will receive it before COB today 07/09/22 but nothing yet, I even sent a follow up mail at 15:00pm but I was ignored, don't get me wrong the wifi is great but as for the customer service it really stinks, I have requested countless call backs on their WhatsApp interface but no-one calls you back.
