Cancelations and Re-installations

I had no wi-fi connection for weeks and my password wouldn't take.However I must give recognition to Amy for her assistance. I even enquired about cancellations and re-installations and she gave me expert advise. She was patient as she listened and was very professional in the way she answered all of my concerns. She knows her product and she gave me peace of mind. I am happy.
