Cancelation Rejected for No Reason

they advised us in march 2025 of the price change , and gave customer option to cancel if they are not happy , so i opted to cancel , up until today they are rejecting my cancellation telling me that they are not taking cancelation for now. i have signed up with another ISP and they pleading with me to consider staying with Home Connect thus the reason to decline my cancelation request. have spoken to customer service , also retention department Khanya Matande from that department boldly told me on email they are not accepting any cancelation requests ...they are worse and not true to their words.
