Cancelation

Difficult to cancel there services. Sent an email from their website which bounced, sent a message to their whatsapp group and I received a stupid reply to with a link to their website. I mean really, what stupid people work there?? I also sent an email to accounts. Why do they allow stupid people to reply over whatsapp and damage their business.

Also had an issue when I signed up with them.
