Cancel subscription!!!

Hi Team ,

I am beyond upset I have been sending emails and no one is getting back to me this is appalling customer service! I spoke this lady and she gave me a ticket number but after that she also went MIA she told me she will not rest until my matter is resolved but it seems as if she is resting… I would like to cancel my subscription and get my money cause I am not happy with Vumatel and home connect! I am beyond ****ed and beyond upset. I want my money asap!
