Call Reference Number: 558385 My call was taken by Jay-Dene Morris who was extremely polite and professional. Jay-Dene went the extra mile with getting my plan upgraded. After my initial call with Jay-Dene, she still put in the initiative to have my query resolved with her Manager and called me back with the update to my querying being fully resolved. I would like to Thank Jay-Dene for her Excellent Customer Service and being an Amazing Individual. Thank You Jay-Dene Morris!!!!!
