********* business practice

Was told they moving to 50/50 speed as there wont be any lower speeds at a higher price. Just realised there is actually a 25/25 speed and when I ask for a downgrade I am told it will only be in Aug. This is wrong on all levels. To start with, even that 50/50 I have never ever got to even half of that when doing speed tests. This is ********* to say the least. Seeing that you cant downgrade me sooner, please cancel my service end of my month. Will gladly take my business elsewhere.
