Bul**** and abused

After giving Home Connect notice in February 2023 to end my service in April 2023, they continued to harass me with arrears reminders on a daily basis in May, despite multiple emails to and fro with their client services team. They have now finally collected the router and as a thank you for years of supporting them, took two premiums off my account without my permission, and for no reason. This is unacceptable
