Blatantly Ignored by All Departments
One month later and 6 emails to 3 different departments and not a single reply. I will have to now lay a complaint with the ICASA as I cannot get a response from anyone in the entire organisation. This could be a lengthly process that may even result in civil damages due to the negligence from Home Connect.
