Billed for Nothing

I ordered an internet line and Voip service. I got no instruction whatsoever and a bill for it. I contacted them for guidance and got ZERO assistance on the voip. I figured I am gonna charged for nothing and cancelled. I have no idea what l am billed for.

The same for the internet line. I never used it, not for a day and I have a huge bill to pay, it just got added on already. I have tried connecting it, the instructions I was given lead to nothing. I have logged numerous complaints by calling and logging tickets myself. I have not been able to use the internet but have a hefty bill to pay.

It’s like I got billed for receiving an email response from them. I won’t recommend this to anyone.

I feel ****** and I regret ever applying for their services.
