We switched over from Telkom one our contract was up as the service was terrible as well as their product. I pulled my hair out dealing with them. We just had endless problems which were never fixed. We decided to go with Home-Connect once our contact was finally up and what a pleasant surprise. From the get go these guys where on the ball. I could speak to someone that understood my needs. Blyne Lutchmanen was the gentleman helping me in sales and he really went over and beyond form me. He was so helpful. The online chat is real time and one gets answers and help right away. They work well as a team. I then had a billing query and Innocent Singo helped me with my query and resolved the issue seamlessly. So I am now a happy client thanks to these two gentleman and our Fibre is running like a bomb which gives me a happy son. Thank you Home-Connect for training your staff so efficiently, it really does make a major difference for a client when you get helpful gentleman like Blyne and Innocent to deal with your queries.
