Beware of Home- Connect Pathetic Service

I have taken a month to month contract with Home connect, I was informed that I would be able to cancel at any time with no conditions attached. When I did cancel they are now making me pay additional fees however I have only used the services for two months. The only reason I took the contract was due to it being a month to month with cancellation at any time with no strings attached. I have been trying to sort this out since last year and nobody is willing to assist The service is pathetic. When they wanted our money they were too quick to call us. Please note that I have been trying to get this resolved since last year and it is not yet resolved. They have listed me without informing me. I will take this further for your false advertising where you say it is month to month it is not. Beware of Home- Connect for their false advertising.
