Best team Technical worst team Administration except one person in customer service there I can't remember her name

I have been having multiple issues with the Administration Team if home connect and not one of them had the decency of calling me. I have requested numerous meetings with the managers and no one has contacted till date from this department I had complained several times. I just want to applaud Nikita Moodley and Team what is she a Technical Manager call once guys she shows emphaty compassion and follows up when she leaves work she has her team members follow up with you every suitation she has handled to the point and had everything resolved with immediate effect she knows how to handle her customers well I cant remember her team members names but they all need to be appreciated for the work they are doing as for your administration team needs upskilling and development.Best service from people who fixes all issues administration and technical they deserve standing ovations Best Technical team they are there to work I am sure if surveys are done you going to find the problems I have worked for many years running a Administration team in a hospital setting and know my policies and procedures please this was coming a long time for me to give feed back regarding Nikita and her team make sure this is conveyed to them WELL DONE to her best service ever but the one star is for the rest of team they are useless
