Best Service Yet

I would like to write a review about Home-Connect.

I’m coming from a very bad ISP when it comes to customer service, I’m a sucker for great service and am willing to pay the cost.

My experience was fantastic from start to date:

1. I first spoke to Somila regarding for their details about your service offerings, she was very thorough and well informed - I made up mind in a sec.

2. I then spoke to Laaiqah, regarding the application process and what I needed to do in order to make the transition smooth? Again, very knowledgeable and patient with my many questions.

3. The sales and admin teams kept me posted EVERY SINGLE step of the way, I was never left wondering as to what’s happening with my application.

4. Gladness entered the fray, she was super professional, friend and knowledgeable. At this point she took me through the process of an approved application and further details that were to follow.

5. Princess & Prudence, made sure that the deal sealed as tight as it could be; they confirmed what has happened so far in the process and offered me reassurances of what’s going to happen as a new customer.

6. Last but not least, my router was couriered using same day delivery AND BEST OF ALL, it was preconfigured for my convenience.

I was recommended by Julie Turner and I do not regret anything, above and beyond service - please keep it up because if you do so you’ll be struggling to handle the influx of customers coming to you. 👏🏾
