Vanessa is one of the best customer care agents I have ever interacted with, my call got disconnected but she made sure to call back and fix the issue which other agents rarely do. I had almost canceled my subscription with Home-Connect because of bad services but after talking to Vanessa I have changed my mind. Well done and thank you Vanessa.. keep up the good work.
