Terrible experience from the service, absolutely pathetic. I have been struggling with my wifi for the passed day, initially promised someone will come out physically today. then i get a call that they need someone at my house to give telephonic instructions instead. After arranging for someone to be there the advisor does not call at our agreed time, so i try get assistance again and the next advisor also wants to schedule a callback which i refuse and asked to be service while i was ready. instead of assisting the advisor ends the call and chat. PATHETIC , yet let me use the same logic when it comes to my premium, they will call immediately
