Been with Home Connect since 2020

Been with Home Connect since 2020. They assisted me right up to the minute before the first hard lockdown to get my wi fi contract up and going. Was really great experience. Most recently I moved homes and to get the wifi transfered from one address to the next was effortless by just using the home-connect app and move address option The only reason to give Home-connect 4 stars is sometimes the wifi speed drops even though I have a 50 up/ 50 down line and I never received a router when I signed up due and my requests for a router was never answered. Otherwise Home-connect has been a saviour.
