Been having issues with my speeds upload is very bad called them 4 days ago and they said they will give me a call and fix it for the past 4 days i need to call them yet no call or any assistance

Been having issues with my speeds upload is very bad called them 4 days ago and they said they will give me a call and fix it for the past 4 days i need to call them yet no call or any assistance. But its not my first time having problems with there lack of customer service since being with these people if only had problems please wont recommend them to any one rather take RAIN
