Bad stability, Unpredictable
Internet has very unusual issues constantly going off at night until the sun rises, tech's had been on site to inspect with no permanent solution has been found as the issue persists when night comes. I'm not sure if they know what the problem is. Then also communication with the coordinator on WhatsApp support are very impatient and retracted overstated messages.
To clarify, the internet works during the day but as soon as it gets later at night the download speed drops slowly until gone but the upload remains a little bit until connection is completely lost until next day around9

Can we please get to the problem resolved today as was discussed per phone. don't even phone me just send your guy to this above address. But start by "fixing it like yesterday" so i can atleath opperate today. I have plans and im sure the internet is being paid. Make hase because iff you thought i was upset - - wrong .... But i will be if this internet does not coperate today as this day has been planned for a few moths. Dont make your delayed recating affect me today. Get it sorted now plaese.

People I strongly advise to not consider this ISP
Secondly they have Been telling us that they would send tech's first for 3 days ago the 2 days ago then 1 day ago, I'm still fu***** waiting for your ****py service to pitch up to the party.

Work out the time your actually running your service and that should be the fair amount.
Now its not a accident or a fault, its turned into negligence and excuse.
