bad slow service

bad service, then they want to tell me im rude, i pay for a 50mbps but only get 2mbps if lucky, i tell them i have slow speed and yet agai they say i have too many devices for my speed, 8 devices whre 2 is pcs, 3 is IOT smart devices( 2 x inverters and 1 smart curcit breaker and 3 phone now that will kill your 50 mbps line well sir to tell you the truth you are a lie and cheat they want me to upgrade to 500mbps or 1gbps for 8 small devices. of course ill get rude you dumb .... not all your clients arent compuuter savey sir i can see what packets get sent from all my devices and the iot devices only does a ping every 60 seconds so tell me if all devices arr disconnected from the internet except my pc and speedtest tells me im getting 2mbps and your diagnistics app the same and gaming has 50% packet loss its my fault, think again get my line sorted i work from home as alot do and we pay for service not delivered or cheated on its 4 days complaining every day now. i do not recomend home connect to anyone anymore your company has gone to down the drain. cant wait till nov to cancell your bad service and like i said in a previous complaint here stop blaming your customers for your bad service, your company doesnt even know what a port reset is, go ask telok or axxess they will explain to you
