Bad service and no customer care

Been waiting for home- connect to come and check Wi-Fi at my place that is faulty. Logged a call on 04 December 2022. They don't bother to update you what is happening. They keep saying they will escalate your matter. I am so disappointed with them and the service. Customer service is Zero. They don't care at all
