Bad service

I have been asking for my line to be opened, after I moved address, it’s know day 7 with no internet, spoke to more than 10 agents all saying our ops team is working on it everyday, they keep on saying 2-24hrs for the past 7days😡, after 5 o’clock they will say the ops team has knocked off, we will send them a request so that they attend to it in the morning
