Bad service

I've been with home connected almost a year now and I'm paying almost R500 for a 10mb line but my line isn't even running 1mb I've been contacting them for the last 3 days and every time they say they will get back to me and no one does, they aren't fixing my internet issues. Also they gave us discount to write a good review on hello peter. This internet is not worth paying for.
