Bad Service

I have never received such a terrible service in my life, where a service provider will keep going back & forth to resolve just one issue. I have spoken to more than 10 consultants and spent hours on the phone and the issue is still not resolved. I am been told the turnaround time to restore network is 72 hours after so many escalations.
