Bad service

I am honestly dissapointed with the service from homeconnect,this week alone I have had multiple network outages and it is tiring.There is no courtesy from the team to notify us that the network will be down.We are working from home and it is such an inconvenience.

Homeconnect we are paying for our services and worst part your prices went up.Please stay away from homeconnect and save yourself from frustrations
