Bad isp ever

I had a very bad experience, they were my isp for over four (4) months but never get the service, they end up cancelling my subscription with out communication with me, I payed them already but no service, there is a lady Called Netisha Naidoo, there say say she is a supervisor there i ended up dealing with her trying to get solutions she promised me haven and earth, guess what she got technicians to come and reinstall the fibre , that only worked for five days, there after they cancelled my subscription the one I paid for, now I am struggling to get my money back….worst service provider I ever had
