Bad customer support service

Im very disappointed in your customer support. My internet is down since 4 o'clock. logged a ticket..done several of them. Not one of those tickets got a response from Home connect. Tried everything, rebooting. Nothing helped. I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED with the customer support. My internet is still down!
