Bad customer service from home connect

Home-connect/cipherwave is the most horrible fibre ISP you can ever imagine using. Their phones are not working and they even respond to their WhatsApp support number. My internet has been down for 4 days and I’ve been battling to contact them. Such bad service I’m switching to another ISP end of the month. Problem is I can’t switch now becuase I’ve already paid. I’m desperate to get my line reconnected with these *****sters from Home l-connect for the month of May.
